About Us

Inuka Angaza Organization is a non-profit organization based in Mwanza, Tanzania, dedicated to empowering children, youth, and women to live lives filled with hope, purpose, and fulfillment. We believe that every individual, regardless of ability or background, deserves equal opportunities to thrive, participate, and contribute to society with dignity.

Our work places a special focus on children with disabilities and mothers and caregivers of children with disabilities, recognizing the vital role they play in nurturing and supporting their children. We empower mothers and caregivers through skills development, entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, and psychosocial support while improving access to assistive equipment, education, healthcare, nutrition, and social inclusion for children with disabilities. We also support youth through community-based initiatives that strengthen resilience, promote self-reliance, and create opportunities for meaningful participation.

At Inuka Angaza Organization, we are committed to building inclusive communities where children with disabilities are valued, protected, respected, and given every opportunity to reach their full potential. Through collaboration with families, schools, healthcare providers, government institutions, faith-based organizations, local communities, and development partners, we work to eliminate barriers, promote inclusion, advocate for equal rights, and create environments where everyone can flourish
